- The PAL Model (Pathways to Assisting Life), utilizing a critical set of tasks caregivers must perform in order to meet the needs of a person thinking about suicide
- How personal experiences with suicide play a major role in your effectiveness as a caregiver
- Simulations that allow the PAL model to come to life through in-depth practice of newly learned skills
- Suicide Safer Communities – Resources available for people thinking about suicide and how to help them navigate within the system to access various agencies and organizations dedicated to helping

Training is run over 2 consecutive days from 8:45am to 4:00pm each day.
