DBT HOUSE provides virtual Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Training to mental health clinicians and students who wish to learn experientially by undergoing DBT Group Therapy.
The groups being offered will cover the DBT skills of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness outlined in the DBT Skills Handouts and Worksheets: Second Edition by Marsha M. Linehan.
We are currently recruiting for the following upcoming groups:
Intensive DBT Skills Training - 18 sessions total
Choose from the following 2 start dates:
- Thursdays beginning Jan. 27, - May 19, 2022: 530-730pm ET
- Fridays beginning Feb. 18, - June 17, 2022: 12-2pm ET
**Training Includes 2hr DBT Orientation & Mindfulness Seminar: Sunday Jan. 16 or Feb. 13, 2022: 5-7pm ET
