DBT Skills Training Group for Mental Health Professionals and Students

Announcing Final Summer Dates & NEW Fall/Winter Dates at DBT HOUSE!

DBT HOUSE provides virtual Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Training to mental health clinicians and students who wish to learn experientially by undergoing DBT Group Therapy.

The groups being offered will cover the DBT skills of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness outlined in the DBT Skills Handouts and Worksheets: Second Edition by Marsha M. Linehan.

We are currently recruiting for the following upcoming groups:

                     Abbreviated DBT Skills Group (11 Sessions Total)

Choose from the following 3 start dates:

• Mondays beginning Sept. 20 - Nov. 29, 5:30-7:30 pm ET
• Tuesdays beginning Sept. 21 - Nov. 23, 6-8 pm ET
• Fridays beginning Sept. 24 - Nov. 26, 12-2 pm ET
  

Includes 2hour Mindfulness Orientation – Sunday Sept. 12, 5-7pm ET

                              Intensive DBT Skills Group (18 Sessions Total)

Choose from the following 3 start dates:

• Mondays beginning Aug. 16 - Dec. 20, 6-8pm ET
  *4 SPOTS REMAINING* (Orientation Sun. Aug. 8, 5-7pm)
• Mondays beginning Sept. 20 - Jan. 31, 2022, 530-730pm ET
• Thursdays beginning Sept. 23 - Jan. 27, 2022, 2-4pm ET

Includes 2hour Mindfulness Orientation – Sunday Sept. 12, 5-7pm ET
