Learn the skill of mindful living in a small group setting!
Starting, Sept. 1, we are gathering for 8 consecutive weeks, each Wednesday at 8:30PM, to learn and practice mindfulness. This course will be facilitated by our experienced instructor and strong meditator, Lou Carcasole – P. Eng., MBA, M. Ed.
Proven time and again, practicing mindfulness meditation on a regular basis, can dramatically improve the effects of stress, reduce anxiety and depression and improve your quality of life, overall.
