Engaging for Impact: Client and Family Centered Care in Healthcare Settings
The Virtual Symposium Engaging for Impact: Client and Family Centred Care in Healthcare Settings will bring together client/family advisors and engagement staff from various healthcare organizations in the region to share promising engagement models for better impact and wellness outcomes for clients and families.
Participants will leave with a deeper knowledge of the evolution and the future of client and family engagement in healthcare. An inventory of new resources will be provided and a variety of existing models of client and family engagement will be discussed. The symposium will also provide the opportunity to network with peers to create new working relationships.
Learning Objectives:
  1. Create an opportunity for engagement teams from health care organizations across the region to network and foster closer working relationships
  2. Create a platform for teams to share resources and lessons learned regarding effective engagement models and culture change
  3. Promote the value and impact of client/family partnerships in healthcare and research
