Excellence in mental health organization and people management (Winter program)
Presented by SickKids CCMH Learning Institute with micro-credential recognition through Humber College
This program is offered as part of the Excellence in Mental Health Leadership program, with optional micro-credential recognition through Humber College. It provides essential leadership skills and knowledge for new and emerging leaders in community mental health services. The Excellence in Mental Health Leadership program includes two new micro-credential offerings: Excellence in Mental Health Organization and People Management (five-day program); and Excellence in Mental Health Data, Communication and Influence (three-day program). Participants can register for either program or both; the first is not a prerequisite for the second.

- Becoming an exceptional leader (Jan. 12, 9 a.m. to noon ET)
- Achieving strategic impact through operational leadership (Jan. 17, 9 a.m. to noon ET)
- Facilitating successful change (Jan. 20, 9 a.m. to noon ET)
- Building financial acumen (Jan. 23, 9 a.m. to noon ET)
- Managing human resource accountabilities (Jan. 26, 9 a.m. to noon ET)
- Cultivating employee performance (Jan. 31 and Feb. 2, 9 a.m. to noon ET)
- Fostering inclusive, equitable and anti-racist organizations (Feb. 9, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET)
- Developing effective teams (Feb. 16, 9 a.m. to noon ET)
Registration fee: $1,250
Optional assessment fee for Humber Micro-credential: $300
There is no prerequisite for this program.
