For managers and employees, coaching can be a powerful skill that can help to build confidence, navigate challenges in performance, clarify goals, and help align teams and individuals to organizational objectives.

Participants of this training will understand and be able to describe the core competencies of coaching. They will learn how to apply a framework to help structure conversations. As well as gain the knowledge to implement tools and strategies to drive conversations forward. The facilitator will demonstration the use of powerful questions to facilitate team and individual awareness. Throughout the day, learners will practice various coaching tools and techniques to help integrate the learning.

This webinar is part of the Management certificate program. Participants may register for any of the certificate program’s individual webinars as a stand-alone training.

More about Marion Langford, M.Ed.

Marion is an experienced and certified coach, facilitator, and organizational change specialist with over 25 years experience. Marion specializes in the practical how-to of difficult and transformational conversational methods and questions. Her focus is on supporting leaders in the creation of positive change in their relationships with staff, community partners, and funders, while operating from a deeply empathic set of values, skills, and premises. She specializes in innovative leadership development, team and group dynamics, workplace communications, mind/body integration, and career transitions and decisions.
