This is an introductory level education series that has the goal of increasing your knowledge to lead to changes in your practice.
The following topics are covered in our 2-Day Core series: Frailty, Dementia, Delirium, Depression, Falls, Mobility, Capacity and Risk. All topics have a didactic component followed by a case study where you have a chance to apply the information to a real clinical scenario.
