This two part, 8 hour webinar provides a foundational understanding of group work and the basic skills required to facilitate groups. The content is delivered in a highly interactive and experiential way using small and large group discussions.

The topics covered include:

Defining types of groups
Stages of group development
Roles and tasks of facilitators
Group facilitation skills and managing challenging group situations.
There will also be a special focus on remote/virtual groups in this course.
