This session will provide information on how to share feedback about your experience at CAMH and will provide an overview of the role of the Client Relations Office.

This webinar is hosted by CAMH's RBC Patient and Family Learning Space and presented by CAMH's Client Relations Office.

Our presenters:

Jennifer Grinfeld is the Client Relations Officer at CAMH where she manages the Client Relations Office. Prior to joining the Client Relations Office, Jennifer was a social worker in CAMH’s Family Addiction Service. Jennifer also completed a fellowship with the Office of Family Engagement in 2017 where she was involved in supporting the opening of the Family Resource Centre and formation of the Family Advisory Committee. Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto and is currently completing a Master of Health Sciences (Health Administration) degree at U of T. Jennifer is passionate about patient and family centred care and ensuring that the patient and family voice is heard.

Mao Motohashi is the Client Relations Coordinator at the Client Relations office. She graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Sociology. Prior to joining the Client Relations office she he has been working for CAMH for 2 years as an Administrative Assistant in the Addictions Medicine department and was involved in research projects focusing on intervention for various substance use disorders and mental health comorbidities.

About the Patient and Family Learning Space:

The RBC Patient and Family Learning Space (PFLS) is an interactive hub for patients, families and the community to access reliable information about mental health, substance use and recovery. We offer our services in-person* and virtually, and our resources are available in print, web and app format. Through the PFLS you can attend interactive workshops and webinars, and discover a variety of community-based services that might help you in your recovery.

*Given the current COVID-19 situation we are only offering virtual services at this time.
