IFS Fundamentals: An Introduction to the Model

In recent years, the Internal Family Systems model has hit the world by storm. Over three workshop days, we will cover an overview of the model including the theoretical underpinnings, guiding principles, protocols, key skills, and leave feeling equipped with daily practices to enhance the essential IFS therapist quality: Self-leadership.
The workshops will balance didactic learning and case demonstrations with experiential practices, guided meditations, small-group reflections, and live Q & A.
