This webinar series is hosted by the Ontario Housing First Regional Network Community of Interest (OHFRN‐COI) and the Housing First Europe Hub (the Hub).
The goal of webinar series is to bring together the international HF community, share evidence-based knowledge, experience and innovation, build capacity for HF programs, and promote high quality implementation of the HF model that includes both fidelity to and adaptation of the model.
This webinar series is for mental health and addictions stakeholders including practitioners, managers, program developers, and policy-makers involved in HF through the health and housing sectors.
This session will explore the 10-20% of clients who are unsuccessful in ending their homelessness through participation in a HF program. Presenters will highlight the research, as well as programs and supports for those who have had difficulty getting stably housed through Housing First and challenges with their housing; as well as an innovative model of housing first that blends scattered-site and permanent supported harm reduction housing models seamlessly to meet the needs of program participants.
