This session is designed to offer insights into workplace influences that can impact mental well-being during times of change. Participants will be introduced to benefits of our natural emotional responses to change and how these responses can lead to healthy and unhealthy behaviours. Unhealthy behaviours, if not addressed appropriately, can lead to mental stress, workplace conflict, and overall workplace dissatisfaction. Participants will learn strategies to reclaim mental well being while setting healthy workplace boundaries to build an engaging and healthy workplace. Participants will learn effective conflict resolution approaches to address challenging situations and effective self care strategies to help manage emotional distress.

Participants will:
- Identify how workplace change can have an impact on our psychological wellbeing
- Identify unhealthy behaviours as a sign of increased mental health concerns
- Identify how to take back emotional control and learn to manage change both professionally and personally
- Define healthy coping strategies to minimize impact of stress and improve workplace culture
- Determine the cause of conflict and approaches to effective conflict resolution
- Define boundaries to reduce unhealthy workplace behaviours
- Define self-care strategies to maintain emotional well-being
