The pandemic has altered all facets of our lives, including how we interact and work alongside our colleagues. Over the past two years, child and youth mental health and addictions agencies have not only transitioned to a hybrid service delivery model but also a hybrid workspace. What exactly do we mean by hybrid? What learning curves are leaders facing with this transition? How can leaders ensure that teams aren’t just making it through the day but are thriving in the hybrid workspace? The Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions in collaboration with Children’s Mental Health Ontario, invites you to a webinar focused on adaptive leadership strategies for a hybrid workspace.

This webinar will feature a panel presentation followed by a facilitated question and answer period. Panelists will share:

  • what the evidence tells us about adapting our leadership style in a hybrid landscape.
  • what leaders are finding on the ground in terms of effective strategies, what works and what doesn’t.
  • best practices and recommendations by subject matter experts.

Presenters:

  • Tatum Wilson, CMHO
  • Purnima Sundar, The Knowledge Institute
  • Andrea Roberts, Hands TheFamilyHelpNetwork
  • Karen O'Connor, LOFT Community Services

Registration is limited. The session will be recorded.

Deadline to register is May 24, 2022.
