MHFA is an evidence-based program that helps you build confidence and understanding to best support someone who may be experiencing a decline in or crisis with mental health.

There are 3 Modules:

Module 1: Self-Directed
Due by April 29th, 5pm

• Introduction to the course
• Introduction to MHFA actions

Module 2: Virtual Classroom
May 6 9am-12pm

• Practice applying MHFA actions to situations of declining mental well-being
• Guidelines for MHFA conversations with people from diverse cultures and members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community

Module 3 Virtual Classroom
(May 7 9am-12pm)

• Discussion on using MHFA actions for self-care
• Practice using MHFA actions in crisis situations
