Howard Sapers, former Correctional Investigator, Dr. Mary Bartram, the MHCC’s Director of Policy, and a panel of subject matter experts, will discuss the mental health impacts of the pandemic on incarcerated populations and correctional settings, as well as recommendations on ways to move forward, to improve services and supports during COVID-19 and its aftermath.
