MINDful Eating for Caregivers

When it comes to giving up unhealthy food, it's easier said than done. However, it is possible and for 2021, let's get our resolutions to stick! Know the science behind curbing your cravings and learn to make three new healthy desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth.

This workshop, which involves nutrition and psychoeducation as well as cooking demos, is primarily for unpaid/ informal / family caregivers but everyone is welcome.
