The Art of Life Community Health Centre presents the 8-Session Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Course for Youth (ages 18 to 30) in a virtual format.

During this time of fear of uncertainty, constant stress is unavoidable. We are propelled into a state of anxiety & depression, conflicts with family and friends, lower productivity and immunity.
But no matter how stressful life can be, there always exists an underlying stillness of calm and inner peace that is available to anyone. If you’d like to:

• reduce stress, anxiety and fear

• decrease your level of body tension, pain, and suffering

• enhance your memory, concentration, patience and personal performance

• improve your immune system

We invite you to join us for FREE Introduction lecture to an 8-week on-line Mindfulness Stress Reduction Program. This program is designed to improve your ability to cope with life’s challenges and reduce stress.
