Mindfulness Course for Teens (14 to 18)

Are you a teen who is feeling stressed, overwhelmed or down? Is the drama of your life consuming you?

The gentle art of noticing your thoughts and feelings without judging yourself or others is one way to describe Mindfulness.

Practicing mindfulness meditation is a simple and accessible way to disconnect from unhelpful patterns, allowing you to embrace the present moment and the possibility of dealing with anxiety, sadness and stress more productively.

Join Naomi Levine, MSW, RSW for an 8-week Virtual Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction group, where teens will learn mindfulness meditation in a safe and supportive group setting.

We offer the program at no cost for teens ages 14 to 18.
