Boundaries are a necessary and important feature in all healthy relationships. As a family caregiver, when your family member experiences a serious mental illness, it may be challenging to have the vulnerability and courage to be upfront with your boundaries, but it can improve your relationship. Join IAM's Mental Health Counsellor and Community Educator, Sharon Smikle, as she provides you with practical insights on how to be daring and courageous in setting and communicating boundaries.
