Neurodiversity Peer Support Group is a peer-run drop-in group for those living with mental health challenges and identify as neurodiverse. The group runs on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 7PM.

Hope + Me - Mood Disorders Association of Ontario is a community-based services provider with 37 years of experience in the field of mental health. Hope + Me supports adults, youth, and families and caregivers who live with mood disorders, early psychosis, and multiple mental health or addiction issues.
