Online Caregiver Support Group

Join our Online Support Group

Connect with other caregivers at our Online Support Groups. We’re here to help.

We welcome you to join other caregivers (ordinary people who provide physical and emotional support to a family member, partner, friend or neighbour) in a supportive environment to share challenges, successes, and concerns you may have within your caregiving role. Discussion will be driven by caregivers to discuss issues of highest importance to caregivers. Note: Online Support Groups are not intended for crisis support or mental health counselling

Each group is facilitated by a trained Peer Support Group Facilitator with experience as a current or former caregiver.
