About the Course: This two-day workshop will focus upon ways we establish a therapeutic relationship and how to work with emotion in teletherapy. We will address the challenges therapists encounter as we transition to new teletherapy platforms. How to set up a therapeutic alliance? How to offer moment by moment empathic attunement? How to deepen emotion? How to facilitate chair work online? Video demonstration material will be viewed and discussed.
Continuing Education (CE) Credits
OPA Approved for 6 CE credits.
MDPAC Approved for 2.75 hours of MDPAC Group CE credits per day or total of 5.5 hours of MDPAC Group CE credits for 2 days.
