QI Innovations: Better Data, Better Decisions, Better Outcomes

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

Registration is now open for our upcoming virtual conference, QI Innovations: Better Data, Better Decisions, Better Outcomes taking place April 12, 2022.

Featuring a keynote address from Dr Laura Rosella, the Principal Investigator and Scientific Director of the Population Health Analytics Lab at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, this virtual event is for mental health and addiction providers and system planners who are interested in data driven decision making and quality improvement. The conference will include networking opportunities, poster presentations, concurrent sessions, wellness activities, and more! Registration is FREE! Please visit our conference website for more information and to register today!

Conference participants will increase their knowledge of:

  1. How to use the data collected from standardized tools for quality improvement
  2. How other community mental health and addiction organizations and integrated care systems are leveraging existing data to improve care
  3. The linkage between local data, performance management and system priorities

This conference is proudly presented by the Excellence through Quality Improvement Project (E-QIP), with Ontario Health, the Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions, and the Ontario Common Assessment of Need (OCAN) Community of Interest, which is supported by the Evidence Exchange Network (EENet) at CAMH.

Please do not hesitate to contact Sherry Sim at sherry@innovative4you.com or call 1-866-655-8548 if you have any questions about this event.

We hope that you can join us at the 2022 QI Innovations virtual conference!

Sincerely,
The Planning Committee
