Recruiting participants for our study

Online

We are looking for community and religious leaders and mental health professionals to participate in our study on the mental health of Black communities in Canada.

This study aims to gather the perceptions of mental health professionals and religious/community leaders on the social and cultural determinants that influence the mental health of Black youth. This will allow us to understand the needs of professionals in terms of intervention tools and develop tools tailored to Black communities.

Participation consists of participating in a 30-40 minute Zoom interview that will be conducted by a trained research assistant. The interview will be strictly confidential and will be recorded for transcription purposes. Each participant will be compensated with a $30 Amazon gift card.
To be eligible to participate, you must be a religious or community leader, or mental health professional who has worked or is working with Black youth and their families.
