Spring WRAP is a 2-hour workshop that serves as an introductory or refresher workshop to W.R.A.P. It discusses wellness tools and wellness planning as we are approaching spring and returning to in-person activities. We are offering 3 different sessions:
- General: Tuesday, March 22, 2pm-4pm
- Youth and Young Adult: Tuesday, March 22, 6pm-8pm
- Family Members: Wednesday, March 23, 6pm-8pm
