Our program covers the challenges that caregivers can face while supporting someone living with schizophrenia or psychosis, handling stress and anxiety, practical strategies around communication and coping with everyday living, including: scheduling daily activities, motivation, wellness and crisis planning and caregiver well-being. This program is intended specifically for caregivers.

Session 3: Thursday, September 22, 2022 – 6:00-8:00pm EST
Session 4: Thursday, September 29, 2022 – 6:00-8:00pm EST
