Please join us for a virtual workshop that will explore the need for self-compassion as a foundation for supporting both ourselves and others in this very difficult environment. As the stressors increase, so does our own vulnerability which could have a negative impact on our health and may eventually lead to burn-out.
This workshop will cover topics such as: self-care, boundaries, mindfulness, sleep and the impact of media on our overall health. We will also discuss some of the challenges that are faced when in a helping role as well as strategies that may help mitigate the impact.
