Join Mental Health Research Canada tomorrow, March 22, 2023, at 12 p.m. (EDT), for a webinar on the results of Poll 15, providing you with up-to-date key findings on the mental health of Canadians. This one-hour webinar is free and open to all.
Glenn Brimacombe of the Canadian Alliance on Mental Illness and Mental Health and the Canadian Psychology Association will discuss barriers to mental health care and what can be done to support Canadians in times of need.
In this webinar we will touch upon:
- Key findings from Poll 15, MHRC's national data collection initiative (completed February 2023)
- How factors including burn out, self-rated anxiety and depression levels, and financial insecurity impact mental health
- Access to mental health support and why some Canadians who need help are not getting it
