As we cautiously emerge from the pandemic and navigate the hybrid workspace, resiliency is top of mind. Post-pandemic resiliency is not “just deal with it” or “just pivot”. So, what is it?
We break down misconceptions about resiliency and explore what it means to engage in post-pandemic resilience-building at your organization. The Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions in collaboration with Children’s Mental Health Ontario invites you to a webinar focused on building resilience in a hybrid landscape. We’ll share how developing routines and rituals that meet the needs of your diverse teams can improve team culture and build healthy workforces that can in turn best support children, young people and families.
This webinar will feature a panel presentation followed by a facilitated question and answer period. Panelists will share:
- what the evidence tells us about building and maintaining a resilient workforce
- how child and youth mental health and addictions agencies are engaging in post pandemic resilience building
- best practices and recommendations by subject matter experts
Presenters:
- Tatum Wilson, CMHO (opening remarks)
- Poppy DesClouds, The Knowledge Institute
- Greg Lubimiv, The Phoenix Centre
- Ali Grovue, Ignite Management
Deadline to register is June 22, 2022.
