Description: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a highly effective therapy in treating depression, and focused primarily on addressing negative thoughts, behavioural activation and modifying core beliefs. This webinar will focus on the CBT conceptualization and treatment strategies for managing uni-polar depression.
