Centre Francophone du Grand Toronto (CFGT) is pleased to invite you to the webinar on Cultural Competence in providing care and services to Francophones in the Greater Toronto Area.
Participants attending this webinar, will have:
- A better understanding of French Language Services and their importance to Francophone clients/patients;
- An overview of approaches to diversity and inclusion and support in improving client/patient services; and
- An overview of an organizational mini-diagnosis tool to deliver services to clients/patients in an intercultural environment (short-, medium- and long-term).
During this session, we will learn more on the Ontario Health Equity, Inclusion, Diversity & Anti-Racism Framework.
