Webinar: Peer Support Integrity, Quality and Impact Survey

Learn about the Centre for Innovation in Peer Support’s Peer Support Integrity, Quality and Impact (PSIQI) Survey!

This one-of-a-kind tool, tested for reliability and validity, assesses the degree to which the delivery of peer support in an organization aligns with the values of peer support, explores perceptions regarding the quality of services people receive at 2 points in time, and examines the perceptions of the impact that receiving peer support has had on their lives. The Survey is intended to be used both for quality improvement purposes and expanding the evidence base related to values-based peer support practices.

Attendees will learn about the origins of this tool, the current evidence base, how they can implement this tool at their organization and its quality improvement applications.
