The Youth Cannabis Awareness Program (YCAP) with the YMCA of Greater Toronto will be hosting a free virtual webinar, "Youth & Cannabis Use: A Canadian Landscape," on May 31st from 1:00pm - 2:00pm EST. Below is a description about the webinar.
Providing balanced and evidence based information about the new cannabis landscape for youth, this webinar provides parents, adults and professionals involved in young people’s lives with resources supporting an open dialogue with youth, helping youth with their informed decision making process about cannabis use. Together, we will explore youth-related trends by analyzing the data from various national surveys and discusses education implications for Canadian youth ages 12 to 24. This webinar is suitable for adults. Participants are welcome to join from across Canada, please note that meeting times indicated may be different in your respective time zone.
