Youth Living Well Skills Building Group

Youth Living Well is an interpersonal skills-building group for youth and young adults aged 14 to 29 who are affected by mood disorders and related issues.

This open-ended group focuses on relationship issues with immediate family members, friends, and other close supporters. It incorporates facilitated peer support, discussions, and group exercises centered on topics such as: stigma, assertiveness, active listening, and personal boundaries.

Youth Living Well meets twice a month and requires registration. In order to attend, participants are required to share their first name, last name, date of birth, and contact information.

Start Date: Friday August 20th, 2021 at 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Every other Friday.
