In particular, by the end of the webinar, learners will be able to:

1. Briefly discuss adolescence as a developmental period of increased risk for addictive behaviours;

2. Discuss the impact of gambling, esports gambling, and gaming on adolescence and the differences between the three;

3. Discuss how behavioural addictions impact the mental health of adolescents; and,

4. Describe how clinicians can support youth who are experiencing addictive behaviours.

Audience members will have an opportunity to engage in a question-and-answer period at the end of the presentation. This webinar is best suited for mental health and addictions service providers; practice recommendations will be highlighted.
