Trauma & Tech: Information/Misinformation Pandemic

Although this phenomenon is not new, the COVID-19 pandemic has illustrated the effects of massive amounts of media from multiple online sources that can act as a stressor to affect people's mental health such as the development of anxiety and even trauma disorder symptoms.
