Reply to "IPTU: Fall 2023 Social Media - mental health effects"

This is impactful as it shows why social media can be so harmful, but at the same time how it continues to draw people back in and people feel they must continue to use it as it is expected and announcements, news and socialization all occur on social media. It is also impactful to know the younger people start using social media the larger the impacts, to try to delay use. Growing up thinking everything on social media is real and attainable could definitely skew a child's views and beliefs and cause them incredible harm.
