I completely agree with you both. It truly does emphasize the importance of asking questions and following up on that. I think a lot of parents are taking more time to ask about why their children are using technology to the point where it becomes a problem, but they do not always follow up and help solve those concerns. I believe part of this is educational. Parents need more education around how to ask these questions and how to help problem solve.
