Link to article for PTU that contains several published research articles within the main article: https://theconversation.com/ho...o-do-about-it-189836

- This article discusses that the more that parents utilize and depend on technology for their phones, they are modeling a lack of compulsive regulation for their teenage children and can create an addiction to the internet

- The article encouraged bonding with teenage children without technology, creating limits on how much internet usage a child can access, and it also highlights that children struggling with problematic internet usage will not make changes if they are not willing to engage independently with it

-One of the research articles highlights that there is not enough literacy  available that can provide information for parents on how to support their children with problematic internet usage
