Testing Gamer vs Non-Gamer Brains How Do Video Games Affect You?

-Gamers are playing more games than ever before could increase more people developing problems with it.

-Different games will have different impacts on the brain.  Cognitive skills can be improved and making quick decisions.  Action games have positive effects on perception and other things.

-More learning gained from smaller sessions spaced out over time.

-Talked about developing digital medicine for people with disorders such as ADHD to help them focus and help with memory.

-Can add physical movements into the gaming so it doesn't just focus on cognitive development.
