This video shows the negative impacts of social media use. Friendships for teens are developed according to "streaks" on Snap Chat. It shows that friendships are becoming less meaningful and deep.

Her suggestions to decrease social media use to make build more meaningful relationships were good.  They take time to implement and make a habit.
