I would have never known that I would be teaching clients how to meditate when I started in the addiction counselling field back in the early nineties. I'm bookmarking this video-great to have a peer support approach among my resources available. I've certainly had clients discuss the sentiment that gaming is their only source of confidence.

This is an especially important video for gamers who had dreams of being the next e-sport rock star, became addicted, didn't succeed, and now believe they have no other skills to move forward with their lives.
