-This article gathered data on 1040 Chinese university students and noted that those who spend alot of time on gaming have poor sleeping quality and increased psychological distress

-The article noted that promoting healthy ways of gaming and using the internet can negate poor sleep quality and psychological distress

-Problematic gaming and/or internet usage could be poorly measured with sleep quality as some may take naps during the day to overcompensate. Overall sleep hygiene is negatively affected
