YouTube stars talk about their mental health

In this short CBC video piece, several YouTube stars are interviewed about their self-professed stress, anxiety and burnout they experience as they try to keep up with the demands of creating and posting new content frequently, if not daily.

It's an interesting viewpoint to think about, as we are often talking, instead about the mental health concerns that their viewers may experience.

If a viewer begins to feel depressed as they feel their life isn't the glamourous/adventurous/product laden life they see online, it might be helpful to have them reflect on what they don't see in the favourite stars postings.
