I came across this video after seeing another by the same youTuber, 'game quitters', linked in a classmate's post: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AgC4DM1EZ5A

I liked that, while the content appears to have some basis in research (presenter is citing evidence, and the content as parallels with the course content), the material is being presented by a peer and in a format that will be comfortable for many of my clients: a quick youTube video. I think the discussion of needs met by gaming is presented in an accessible format and using accessible language.

I really liked this video, I think it discusses the motivations for gaming and replacement behaviors that can satisfy the same needs in very simple and relatable language. I also like it because it is being presented from a peer's point of view rather than from an authoritative adult.
