Thank you for sharing this valuable information regarding the CAGP/CCSMH Seniors' Mental Health Outstanding Care and Integrative Practice Award and the CAGP/CCSMH Vision Award as well as the Cannabis and Older Adults eLearning module. This information would be highly valuable to the Understanding Mental Health and Well-Being in Later Life Community of Interest (CoI), which is a subgroup of EENet Connect.

The CoI is a dedicated space for service providers working with older adults to connect with peers and share best practices and resources and events. The CoI is also open to older adults and their care partners. We would be delighted to have you as part of the CoI and to share this valuable information from the CCSMH.
