CIHI survey: Experiences of Canadians accessing mental health and substance use services

In support of the federal, provincial and territorial governments’ Shared Health Priorities initiative, the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) is launching an online survey asking Canadians to share their experiences related to accessing mental health and substance use services.

Complete this short, anonymous survey to help improve these services across the country! https://cihi.malatest.net/

Anyone age 12 and older is eligible to complete the survey. Participants will also be eligible to win a gift card (except in Quebec). The survey opened on April 26 and will remain open for approximately 8 weeks.
