Good question, Carly. The Dacima system that we use in YWHO that @Registered Member is referring to, is shared among partner agency staff involved in the youth's care. The system does not currently operate as an EMR, however. I think that you are looking specifically for EMR to EMR interfaces that allow for this transition?

I wonder - do any of the Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario service providers know about an EMR to EMR transfer interface?
