STOP on the Net is a free, online smoking cessation program available to adults in Ontario interested in quitting tobacco cigarette smoking. Eligible participants can receive a free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) kit containing an 8-week supply of nicotine patches and choice of gum or lozenges mailed directly to their address!
Individuals may be eligible to participate if they:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Live in Ontario
- Have a valid and unique email address
- Are smoking tobacco cigarettes and willing to make a quit attempt within 30 days of enrollment
